| Description: | CONS is soluble cutting oil additive and is a brown color, napthenic or paraffinic oil soluble, bio-stable semi-synthetic product. The additive is particularly recommended for all machining operations. It is available with recommended formulation 12% to 22% by weight. Satisfactory emulsions can be formulated at 5:1 to 100:1 water to oil ratio in either napthenic or paraffinic base oils meeting the requirements of soluble cutting oil, IS : 1115. | |
